I am in the process of putting a gt car together using a tc3 If I go with a 200mm body what offsets do I need to use for the wheels? Also what compound works best for carpet?

you'd probably want +3 front and +3 rears...

unless RCGT changed that much, you can only run the HPI X-Pattern tires...and you'd want one of the pro compound sets, they are softer then the D-compounds...I know I ended up having better luck with D's then Pro's on my cyclones

Thanks for the info. So 3mm offset front and rear and the D compound?

yes, +3 offset...that will get you to around 196mm from and rear, which should fill out the wheelwells...

like i said, i had luck with D's - but there are guys that swear by Pro's, so go figure

Default Skyline

Skyline is on an FF03 Pro... as you can probably figure out. Should have got pics before they got a little scuffed. I know some of the stickers belong with other cars but I was going for looks more that being authentic. I like this one better than the one in the next post when its just sitting on the bench. But the other looks better on the track... at least IMHO.

Did Tamiya make a production Honda NSX or NSX Type R for the Group C chassis?

I was lucky enough to get my hands on the re-release of group C cars, all three of them.

I am new to electric on road.
Well when I say new I mean its been 8 years since I last drove a touring car.

I love the idea of RCGT and its realism.

Has any one tried running this body from Tamiya?

This body looks fantastic.

Default 24 Heures Du Jackson 09/25-26/2010

I want to share some of the "RCGT" painting that happened during the rushed build time at the recent 24 hour race in Jackson, NJ. There were some fantastic paint jobs, more pictures are on the race thread, the top three concours winners should be very proud of themselves for producing excellent bodies in less than an hour and a half!

I have never even seen a racer take an airbrush to the track and it looks like dodgeboy has seven of them there. Wow and in an hour and a half. They all look nice too.
