Painted a couple of bodies for another racer. HPI Mustang vs. Pegaus Mustang.

Paint Used:
Testors Model Masters Big Bad Blue (AMC) - lacquer based rattle can

That's nice man! I have a TAMIYA AVEX DOME MUGEN NSX body set that I built a long time ago but never ran.

Model Master's paint have been out in lacquers for a while.

Now if you're not paying attention and grab a few can of enamel, then you'll get some realistic peeling and cracking of the paint each time you hit the wall

Ask me how I know

The Model Masters lacquer based paint does stick to lexan and is flexible. However, it doesn't bond the same as the Pactra paint made for lexan. If you are using the Model Masters lacquer based paints (I use the rattle cans), I would recommend scuffing the inside of the body where you paint. I would also recommend cleaning the inside of the body with mild dish washing soap and hot water. If you properly prep the body, use light coats, and allow the paint to cure between coats (I speed up the process with a hair dryer) you should have no issues using this paint. As an extra precaution I usually back the Model Masters paint with Pactra paint, but that isn't necessary.

I think that would be WGT, not RCGT, but cool regardless.
