The car handling well, and i have a very good traction but i've not being able to solve the traction roll!!

Do yuo have any tips that can help?
Also how you suggest to set the front? (std springs are good?)
are you using traction compound on the front tires? you can lessen the amount you put on the tire (width). a medium spring is where i would start with.

Fantastic pics of F1's.

Folks just in case someone was in the market for a NIB HPI F1 Kit I will be selling one. The box has been sitting in my office since X-mass . and im buried in 1/8 scale projects for the next year. i just wanted to offer it to the folks here a a fairly decent discount as much og the information i have read came from your posts.

I haven't finalized a price yet but if someone from this thread is interested i will make it a point be as flexible to pricing and insure the price for the NIB kits is below most any retail.
i Have opened the seal to check the sealed bags check everything in the kit is
confirmed. I of the smaller plastic bags i was opened and simply to check a smller hardware bag for parts...Other than that you can expect a absolutley new kit. ans factory packed, manuals and maybe the recipt.
although IMHO a new kit even if unopened is a used kit to some degree. I consider this kit used per that definition. You can only buy something for the very first time once!..Its never a new kit with two owners,,Just my 2 cc's...

I have references, Kits avoidable to inspect and pick up in North NNJ..iI would feel better so everyone it as ease...And i can certainly send pics of the box, parts bags whatever you like....

I Coulomb do much...Im hioping somone caen assemble and race...Wishfull thinking.

Thanks folks for the many hours of usefull infirmation you provided

Ok; just spent a lot of time searching through this thread to find these questions were never answered.

1. How do you adjust camber?

2. How do you stop the king pin from snagging under load?

3. What effect does raising or lowering the front inner arm mounts have?

Any help would be appreciated.!!!!!

The problem I am having is that my F10 has an issue with traction rolling. I run on an indoor carpet track which has med. to high bite. I've tried both stock D compound tires and the S compound tires. I've also upgraded the shock to an aluminum threaded type w/37.5 assoc. oil; CRC 20k tube lube and the t-bar as tight as possible.

I dont run a F10 but heavy lube in the damper tubes should give more steering; a 'tight' (stiff?) t-bar will also give you more steering. Do you sauce the tires? Dont use any on the front; just wipe them clean and sauce the rears. Try taking away as much steering as possible and see what that gets you. Use a softer center shock spring, stiffer front springs. Can also make front ride height higher then rear.

Bought a used FX10 (Exotech for HPI F10), and the bottom front A-arms bottom out against the inside of the wheel. I.E. when the spring is under full compression the bottom A-arm will make contact with the inside of the wheel.

I seem to have plenty of space from the upper A-arms, and it's in a fixed/unsprung position.

Anyone have this issue?

check that your ride height spacer is set under the steering knuckle( high ride height position).

Hey guys, I'm looking for some gearing options for my f10. It's box stock with a speed passion v3.0 21.5T motor running on 2s. I have the stock 17/75 on now. I want to get a few more pinions but need to have an idea about how many more teeth I might need. Here is the track I will be running on:

+ YouTube Video
ERROR: If you can see this, then YouTube is down or you don't have Flash installed.

Thanks.

Get between 2.7-3.5 FDR and adjust to around 150deg motor temps
