Default 1/12 ride height adjusters

Question, when you sent the ride height on a 12th scale does the pod need to be level also? i know they sell ride height adjusters for the rear and wonder when to change those for different setups? also, when you check ride height is it the main chassis or main chassis and pod?

Ride height depends alot on whether or not the track is smooth. On my track, 4-5 mm seems to be norm, just because of the bumpy carpet.

Most smooth tracks run a 3mm minimum, but with wear in a main, you might want to go 3.25 or 3.5, depending how fast of motor you're running and what tire compound you picked.

When you're setting ride height, it is best for the chassis to be level, but once the height it set, then you do your droop setting via the center monoshock.

Also when you check ride height check the pod and the front of the main chassis.

So, you sent height on main chassis with tires on. You take tires off and put on setup board, then adjust droop on the pod? how much droop do we need to run. I have a setup guide but it doesnt say how to use the ride height adjusters and such.

1-2 degrees (just a little) depends on how smooth your surface is. check out slapmastertools.com , Brian has a build sheet for his MS3 that is applicable to other cars (great guy, great car)
