Please don't take this the wrong way, but if you were going to remove weight it is much better to remove high weight. Your centre of gravity will be lower with that chassis undrilled if you car is already near the weight limit.

Has anyone seen or used the GPM bottom motor heat sink before? I have no idea how this is supposed to go on. It looks like it is made to bolt on under the motor adjustment cam, but that Of course throws off the pinion placement to the spur, that and the one screw is not long enough. Am I missing something here? Did I waste my cash?

I was looking for a way to suck a little more heat from my p2k and cover up the open holes in the motor because I often drive in very dirty places.

I know if it has more voltage it will make it go faster, or will it just make it have more punch. Hmm, I'm still new to the battary thing , it would probaly be smarter to take advice from someone that knows more about battarys. But I know that more higher voltage will either improve top end or acceleration, or mabey both.

Depends on the type of batteries your running now. If your running some no name unmatched batteries, it will make a difference on speed and punch. If your running something like good 2400 matched batteries then you would only notice a difference in run time. this could however allow you to gear up and get a little more straight line speed.

man sounds like most of the new FT kits have been coming with the new stuff in them...did not know if the old stock would still be out here...would suck to get an older FT...

Are they upgrading just the FT kit or does the team and racer car come with the new stuff as well???

Im not sure about the new kits coming with the upgrades. But Im guessing that the racer and team come with the new suspension arms in the composit material. I dont know if the team kit will have the new main shaft, but Im pretty dang sure the racer kit wont.

i wouldnt think they would charge more, the two hole arms is just a different mold and shouldnt change cost at all. the driveshaft on the other hand might be a different story? but then again maybe not? its a solid shaft with two pins through it, as the composit shaft was three pieces and then the two pins, so maybe less labor putting it together will keep the aluminum shaft at the same cost?
but then again maybe im just dreaming?
