I used the kit/plastic servo mounts that came in my F60 kit.

There were 2 sets, 1 for larger servos and 1 set for smaller ones.
I mixed and matched 1 from each set to fit my servo's size.

"Looks like HPI is catching on to the 2009/2010 season stuff...

HPI F10 new bodies"

From what I've read HPI unfortunately does not intend on selling those bodies here in the USA; they don't think that we here in America would buy them.

They are apparently for Europe and Asia only. Shame because they are available either clear or pre-painted in the team colors with the decals mounted as well.

I have. Did great things for my F104PRO on rubber & outdoor asphalt. I'm creeping up on the setup and this was a big step. Really calmed down the corner exit on-power oversteer that was plaguing me.

IMO this and the offset front uprights are key bits.

Will they fit the F104 chassis?

Metla, I would think that they would indeed fit the F104. Same basic dimensions.

Since you live in New Zealand you'll probably be one of the lucky ones who will be able to buy those bodies. Let us know if you get them.

JayL, I agree with you; they(HPI) must think all we care about is NASCAR and ovals.

Afraid New Zealand is not anywhere close to Europe, and HPI products are very rarely seen here. If they do get officially imported I do not know by whom or where they are sold. Never seen anything in the shops.

But seeing as I utterly suck at painting bodies I may see if I can get one of the HPI bodies from Europe.

Got to have a run with the new T Bar from Tamiya. I must say initial impressions are good.

I was able to this week get my car with it's current set-up to a PB of 14 laps in 6m 4 sec using the soft t bar, rubber tires all round and the middle screw kept out. This was at night with air temps around 18 degress celius on a low/med grip track quite dusty.

Ran the car with the new T-Bar and best time was 14 laps in 6m 7 sec, but the air temp was about 5 degress lower, and the driver kept whacking wall's. So while slower, the car did feel better to drive.

What I noticed was that I could get on the throttle earlier and hold it longer in the sweeping corners, and the car felt very planted. I didn't make any adjustments to the roll adjustment screw, but will see what effect changes have to it next time.

I'm positive about the new t-bar, just will need some more experimenting to get the most from it.

What is the part number for the option inline steering nuckles? And who carries them? Also who has the largest selection of f104 parts?
