Cool hmmm

The pics look great. I really want one but it would probably sit in the box as nobody in the area runs/race F1. I may buy it anyway

Default F014 Diff fits the F103?

Hy there!

I have a question.

Is the F104 Carbon rear shaft 54162, and the F104 Aluminium Diff housing set 54158 a direct fit in the Fi03 ?

I ask because when you read the tag on the Hopuooption bag, there stand that the both parts in combination are also usable on the F103.

Anybody tried it yet?

Greetings Blueman

Ya, the standard size servo also fit, (even the 12th scale mini servo, the kit come with 2 set of plastic servo mount). However, the battery lid have to came out from the hole behind the servo (non-Orion type Lipo, or stick pack), it maybe harder to replace the battery.

Ya, but you will need the F104 servo mount too and have to trim the F103 body

I had try to put in a LRP Sphere competition brushless ESC with a half inch high heat sink and it fit (i didn't plan to run brushless, but it the the biggest ESC I had, so just give it a try)

Yes, I had try to put on the F104 diff housing and F104 carbon shaft on F103, and it fit.
I also try to put the F103 rear wheels and F103 diff housing on F104 (no need to use F103 shaft), it fits too

For front wheels
F103 front wheels on F104 -> NO, unless you use the F103 front suspension
F104 front wheels on F103 -> YES

Thanks for the info! That's perfectly fine for me since I run an F103GT with a sedan body. I might just update the GT with new 104 parts.

Thanks, einix, for the pictures!

Just one question: Is the F104 Rear Motor Mount unit the same as the F103 Rear Motor Mount?

Thanks in advance!

Default Rubber Tires?????

Has anyone been able to find out which combo of rubber Tires/Wheels will fit on the F104? Info I have read says that the F103 rears will fit, but the F103 fronts will not fit. I would not like to have to switch the front end back to the F103 front end.
