Not sure what the HBR stands for but they use that to describe some of the soft and medium F103 tires.
If you are planning on running the F103 I can recommend the foams I ran with success, same combo worked on carpet and asphalt.
Cant help you with F104 foams, only ran them for 1 event and got smoked lol.

For your F104 I havent got a clue for foams, we all run rubber now.
Do you prefer foams?
Are you racing on foams somewhere?

Iím sure the very newest iteration of the hobbywing justock would suit it nicely. This is on my x1, however.

That X1 looks good to go, very familiar looking setup, even the tires look as tho they resemble my combo of choice for my X1 at Tamiya's track.
572/TCS rears and kit fronts.
They've been money for me at this track

Very nice looking F1 but I have the laydown servo with the steering crank and donít have that much room I would have to mount mine on the side
But it looks nice

Selling my F104 X1. All Tamiya upgrades...will certainly and preferably delist it from eBay if a fellow rctech driver wants it instead. I will also post in fs. Will take broader offers from rctech mates.
