ok - i hate doing this, but...
is this the thrust bearing - F103 / F104 1 Piece Ball Thrust Bearing - that every one uses to make the F104 diff's better??
I need to finally look at make my rear diff smoother - will this give a little more adjustment range?? I know mine is kind of sensitive for nut movement

they are the same ones as the Pit Shumi 571/572 tires..the soft fronts/hard rears work incredibly - just something about them

they say 'for TCS' because tamiya is offering them as another tire option for TCS racing - the difference between the Pit and Tamiya? tamiya's say 'TCS' on the sidewalls while the Pit are smooth

I'm just a f1 newb, I also asked this question a few weeks ago. I was told you also put the washers in the opposite dirrection like this )( just an FYI-
It is part #53136 http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=53136
it is used to replace the 1150 bearing in the diff...and put the disk spring in the opposite direction like this )(

The Thrust bearing from Tamiya works well, but even better one is this (easier to clean and lubricate, seems to last well in my X1 and PRO also) http://www.avidrc.com/product/13/thr...-bearings.html
I get all my bearings from them, no bad bearings so far.

Great! Now to check if it legal for our local tamiya races and get them to test it out then.
