Tamiya F104 Pro!

I used this threaded spacer: http://www.ebay.nl/itm/290569896247, 'any hinge pins spacer' won't work as you have no thread to mount the ball connector and the servo horn. Would be a nice option for Exotek to sell these threaded spacer in 6mm as I couldn't find one at the big hobbyshops.

For the knuckle a low profile ball connector is used...to get more room for the turnbuckles under the top arms
what is the Tamiya (?) part number for it(the ball connector)?

Is there any advantage, other than more blue of Aluminum Pivot (54169)
How about heavy pivot?

I have run the heavy pivot post both with foam on carpet, and rubber on carpet, as well as outdoors with rubber. I think for foam on carpet, I would go aluminum, same with rubber on carpet.
Outdoors I would run the heavy one. My car worked really well out at the Tamiya track using the heavy pivot.
Was dialed at the Toledo track as well.

What roll out are most guys using for rubber tire on carpet?

Anyone care to speculate as to what the next versions of the kit will be?
E.g. we had the Ferrari and McLaren and retro ones like the Ferrari 643 - F104W
And I just noticed this is on Tamiya USA
RC F104W GP Edition (w/Body) - F104W-GP http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=84262
as well as
RC Tyrrell P34 1977 Monaco GP
http://www.tamiyausa.com/product/ite...oduct-id=84263
What do people think they will release next?

I am wondering if the Tyrrell P34 1977 version will be a lexan shell (like the 1976 version) instead of the current plastic shell ?
Also note Nissan RC91P and Toyota TS020, both were previous pan car style chassis.
