It will give you more steering when you let off the gas. On power, it may create a little push.

I've never tried that... If I were to guess, I doubt raising or lowering the Shock mount on the top deck would make any noticable difference on the track...

mr K was the one suggested glueing foam from a tc5 on the tplate.

mr k thoughts about raising the shock would be good.. they do it in pancars so its got to do some thing.

Most of the time I feel like making the shock flatter makes the car steer more on power, like using the bridge mount on the f103 vs. the post.

Jamie is a very accomplished pan car racer, and knows his stuff. I may be wrong on my advice
