Tamiya F104 Pro!

once i start to slide the pack i have to plug the negative power plug in through the top deck and then the positive plug... once the negative is in i have to push a little sideways the downwards for the pack to be securely in...
i can then use the battery mount to close up... maybe i need to do a video would be easier to explain and show...
also for lipo users the car weighs about 850g and change... super light... i think i need to add at least another 100 - 150g but of course space is an issue but what are you guys using to add weight to the car?

Thanks in advance for posting the pictures.
I use lead weights from the tire shops that does real cars' tires and wheels. There's usually a piece of double-sided adhesive that's already applied on it, ready for us. It comes in a strip of 12 pieces, each piece weighing 5g. You can either get it for free or some a couple of bucks.
I'm also sure that there are companies making weights for RC applications. By far, the lead weights are good and cheap enough. I used them on my F103s.

i'll try to post more pics tonight specially with the pack sliding in... i had to cut off the inside bottom area of those two things that hold the esc and rx... that gives enough room to slide the pack in...

so finally got a chance to take some shots of the lipo packs and their fitting... something i forgot to mention... i am using a smaller nut on the rear right side of the lower deck to create more clearance...
the rest should hopefully be pretty clear through the photographs

Okay after reading this thread I want one now!
Only problem is I can't seem to find a shop that has them in stock at a decent price.
Anyone know where I can get one?
By the way I'm in Australia.
Cheers
