I'm nearly finished building my f104 and just when I went to test fit my IP 3800 lipo that fits everything. It doesn't fit
lucky I have some old stick packs. Are there any corally plug packs that fit? If not do I just have to get some stick pack lipos?
Also I may have asked this somewhere but what is a good 64 pitch pinion/spur combo for silver can?
Thanks

Use a spare arm and a spare ball to test with, sand down the ball in small increments until you find the right size (sorry I don't remember what the measurement was, sold my car) and then replicate on the rest of the pivot balls.

What equipment do you use to true your Tamiya tires down?
Are you trueing your tires after each race, or is there a need for new ones?

I put those inner pivot balls in a dremel and slowly sanded them with 1200 grit. Butter! However, be careful because you can easily sand off too much material.

I tried the pop the arm on and off many times and it still has not loosened up...plus I'd have to do that every time I change the arm which I'd rather not do.
The low friction ones might be a solution but unless they have a threaded stud on them I'd need to lock tight in a long set screw. On my F1-09 I used a threaded stand off to make it easier to open the top deck.
