question to all :
What are you putting on the damper diskes ? and what surface are you running on ? Foam or rubber ?

The B1 will work fine. I run one and checked the temp right after the 6 minute main showing just one LED. It has a bit more on-resistance than the FX, and the BEC is about half as powerful, but it does the job without complaint. The Hotwire adjustments for those two ESCs have identical adjustments, although the GUI looks different.

has anyone tried the optional rubber tires for the 104? on the site it just says medium for front hard for rear... i am wondering if there are options like 24/28/32 degree rubber tires for the 104

The Type-B F60 kit tires just made it out into inventories, and the Type-As are due out soon. Fred from Tamiya said the Type-As (softer compound) will be good on carpet and slick or cold asphalt. The Type-Bs are harder, usually reserved for higher bite, treated asphalt or hot days. Which site are you referring to?

I've tried SpeedMerchant Green goo, which is supposedly their thin stuff, but it was far too stiff, made the rear end too slow to react and subsequently jumped around on carpet with foams, three wheeled more often too. Also tried Associated Stealth lube, which was better, but still exhibited the same tendencies, so I am only running it on one damper disk, the other is basically clean. What's worked for you since the sLowbirds?
