yes, he is correct. i have them and am very happy with them. excellent grip. also one thing i just found out is that the shimizu tire is 60mm round and the tamiya is 64mm round so that means your car will have a higher ride hight with the tamiya's. havent drove the tamiya tires but they dont feel as sticky

where did you get the bar code stickers from ?
i to modded my f60 wings to fit the pro body, i had to shave off some of the upper part of the wing so the body would fit correctly.

According to TowerHobbies's tech notes the Hpi tires have an inner diameter of 38.5mm and the Tamiya tires have an inner diameter of 45mm. Width is the same.

What hard cased lipo packs will fit in the F-104 and do the have to be rounded or will the square ones fit.... Thanks

Hiya Taff,

I use the Venom 4000mah 20C stick-style LiPo packs. They are exactly the same as the Intellext IP4000 20C batts. Slips straight in with zero mods. Hope this helps!

The big Thunder Power packs fit, but they touch the posts on both sides so the radio trays cannot be used.

No, but I just learned that the front wheels fit over the standard 1/10 pan car front tire arbors and the F104 left rear hub can be used as an arbor on some of the common truers. Hope that helps if you can't source the arbor.
