Default new on track looking for a stock class

Hey

We have a new track opening and looking for some type of spec class. Sorta like the slash. Im looking for suggestions to bring up at the 1st meeting tomm. What a decent car you can get rtr that wont bust the bank.

Im an off road guy. Im not sure whats out there for onraod. I have to drive at least 50 miles to race and looking to race local. I just dont want to drop atlot of cash not knowing if I will like it. I also want to get new racers to beable to get in at a reasonable cost.

Thanks

You can run 12 scale its the cheapest class and its lots of fun. You can probably find a used car artr for cheap.

Considered VTA ?? Very cool, any good all wheel drive car can be used even if they're older (tc3, xxx-s, pro3,etc). Great class to get in to. www.usvintagetransam.com.

I talked to a couple guys at the track today( yea on easter ). I got my boys there 1st 1/10 scales for easter.

We talked about 1/12 scale. Sounds alot of fun to me.

Didnt tamiya have an f1 car at one time? I just dont want to scare away some new races due to the cost. I dont mind spending money Ive got the sickness .

I started running the slash and I like the stock racen. With the slash being about $200 bucks. That had alot of new people showing up with them.
