can the power mater mini power 2 ice chargers?

Technically, yes it can, but as a 7 amp power supply you can't exceed 7 amps of demand. If one of your ice chargers is charging a pack at 5 amps, for example, there's only 2 amps left for the other. If you intend to charge more than one race pack at a time, you'll probably want a higher output supply.
