Default Charging 3800 mah batteries

What is a good amp rate for charging this type of battery pack? They've been sitting awhile and I want to cycle (?) them before I use them but I've forgotten the numbers. I have an Orion Advantage charger and the batteries are 3800 Intellects. Thanks!
