Be sure you downloaded the software for the Reventon and not the program for the GT series. They are different.

thanks lonny & srw1, talked to Peter this morning from customer support. He was very helpful and very patient. It turns out that I need a new replacement card. Kudos to SP for their excellent customer service!

It was my understanding that the Reventon Pro is the 1S version.

That's my understanding also that the Pro will be the only one able to run 1S.

I ran my Reventon S today at the East Coast Championship Race in Jackson, NJ. It worked awesome all day. 17.5 Blinky . Brakes work great, Speedo only got warm in the hot and humid weather that we had today. Won the B-Main and took home $50.00 prize money. That was awesome.

i know the s would just do but 70 amps of the R would better as we run timing on the motors as well with tall gearing
How do they allow what speed controls you run in the USA

Thanks

Not by itself....it is a 2CELL unit, however, it might work with the external booster unit. It might, but we have never tried it....

However, the REVENTON PRO-EX that will be out around October will be able to support 1cell...that is a replacement unit for the current GT2.1 EX.

Assume your meter measures 1270 to 1305 for the std mmm or 1c v3 rotor.

Thanks!
I will have to find out from the head office, I think we did some reading awhile ago, I will let you know once they send me back the data.

There will be 3 lines of the REVENTON PRO series...

REVENTON PRO = 2-3 cells powered unit for the PRO TC racing application (no motor limits....3.5T with full boost no problem).
REVENTON PRO-EX = 1-2 cells powered unit for PRO pan car (10th and 12th) racing application.
REVENTON PRO-S = 2-3 cells powered unit for PRO TC in STOCK application (with motor limits, 6.5T with boost).

I've already said too much.....

Not everyone in USA are using ROAR rule, I mean, they are only referencing the rule, but NOT enforcing the rule....far from it. If every club or track really enforcing the rule, no one will race RC car anymore...they will all ended up playing bowling or skateboard or ride mountain bike.

I am very surprise your club all the way from the other side of the world in Australia that actually ENFORCING the ROAR rule and actually enforcing it while us in USA that hardly more then 20% of the track will actually enforce it.....anyhow, ROAR has the ESC and software and everything like 3 months ago but they are still thinking, because they said they are very busy.....

Obviously at top level (NSW CHAMPIONSHIP) it might mater in some classes and some freedom would invite more people into it
BTW these solarus tyres ..how good are they
we run ryde or muchmoore 28-36(yep it about 10c in Australia on a friday night)
All the best
Andrew
