Where to buy
I recently discovered SP products and read many positive reviews, however I cannot seem to find the GT 2.1 ESC anywhere. The website is sold out, and most of the hobby sites have only the lower end models.
As a work around I read the MMR Fleta 3.0 is made by the same company and is similar to the SP GT2.0, 2.1? Is this true and will I get the same performance? One thing that concerns me is software and updates. No software or updates found on the MMR website, but were available on the SP website. If anyone has a source or can give me any insight on availability, it would be greatly appreciated. Also what model do you recommend for 2 and 4wd, 1/10 off-road buggy? I have been patient, but I am running out of time. My build is almost completed and I am ready to go. All I need is an ESC and motor. |

SILLY QUESTION
Just getting back to electric RC's again and new to the different sized BL motors out today for SCT's.......
As the title says......is the SA (Silver Arrow) V2.0 5.5R a 550 or 540 motor?.....It has a 5mm shaft...but when I looked at the insert that came with the motor...it has the SA V2.0 motor series as 540L sized motors. Need help with the motor size so I know which spur gear I can use on my SC10 4x4. Thanks to anyone who can answer my question. |
What is the motor limit of the Pro Stock 2.1 ?
Is it the same as the GT Pro2? |
New MMM 10.5 temp issue....
Hai Solara i would like any advise frm you for my new mmm 10.5...esc sp gt2 pro
I already advance the endbell timing to 20' since we can do that to maximise the power......my fdr is 6.17....temp after two minute run is 90'c-93'c with fan and heat sink.......track is 50m x 30m with straight around 40m.......my setting is : 1 . 1 2 . 20% 3 . 4 4 . 6 5 . 50% 6 . 25% 7 . 0% 8 . 6% 9 . 35 10 . 18 11 . enable 12 . 24 13 . 5000 14 . 0.1 sec 15 . 400 How to reduce temp without losing top end or acc? Does this gearing is ok for this track? If not what is suitable fdr? thanks in advance |

ESC Settings: 9 . 35 10 . 6 12 . 18 13 . 5000 14 . 0.1 sec 15 . 600 Jimmy |

You are overgeared for the track size and have too much timing being applied too quickly. These will cause the excessive motor temperature reading you are getting.

Can anybody please point me to a shop that has the GT 2.0 Pro in stock? Preferably in silver, and preferably in the USA if possible, but I don't mind ordering from overseas.
