technically, you don't need the short arms, medium blocks, and wider hexes that the LP now comes with, but i think the point was well illustrated. the new shock towers/caps probably aren't essential, either, but if you're trying duplicate a published setup things like that can matter.
personally, i think the mi3 is an awesome car. i like that it's lower looking than the 4. bolt on the new short arms and plastic blocks to an mi3/.5 to lighten it up and i'd bet it's a weapon.

Anyone tried a Mi4 battery tray on the Mi3 yet? I had to glue 2 locators to my pack to keep it from ejecting, which is fine, but I like to switch batteries between it and my losi at times. I also got the losi lcd's on the car, need to finalize a blade or different spool option, but they seem to fit well otherwise.

Hello, I am planning on getting into 1/10 touring and the Mi4lp caught my eye, however here is my question. I am going to run indoors with a rubber tire and lipo setup. Now I need to know what parts I need to run this configuration. Do I need to change to a thicker chassis, top plate, and do I need a front diff to run a rubber tire carpet setup?
