The lipo is further out than the standard mi4 allowing you balance the chassis 100% mine weighs 1345

The battery doesn't sit any further out, the narrower chassis just makes it seem that way.

how many times i got to tell you stop talking about me

thanks again for letting me drive your car until they build more, it drove really well i wanted more initial steering and a bit less mid/exit but that could be due to missing those 2 things from kenny's setup

i would be wrenching it right now but i forgot to get some 1mm shims from you. see you again Tuesday and I'm hoping to keep pace with all you Mi4 guys.

Wrong put both chassis plates side by side and your see the mi4lp chassis pushes the lipo out around an extra 6mm away from the centre line of the car you could achieve the same thing if you hang the lipo over the side of the standard chassis though

Just change the lower chassis plate and buy the lipo retainer and your done! they are the major changes really. It is always nice to have a new car though

Not sure when they will be available. My best suggestion would be to run 1gr. in the front and 1 gr. in the back but go into the inner hole on the hub. Going to a 0gr. rear and inside would be very close roll center wise (maybe slightly lower by fractions) than what we run now. The distance between a 0 and -2 and the distance between hub holes is both 3mm.

We actually both broke a plate each this past week. So we are running a 1gr. in the front with the same -2/outside in the rear for now.

What's the length of the turnbuckle in that config? I'm still rocking the MI3, and I have the rear links at full length at the moment, inside hole.

hey guys im curious about this car, and i was wondering if you think that this would be a good car for 13.5 on high bite asphalt? also does this kit require anything more than what comes in the box or just fine tuning? thanks in advance. much appreciated!

Look at Blackedoutrevo's set up some pages back. He's running 13.5 asphalt. Nothing special except silver HPI springs. He has gone back to long arms.

Awesome car for everything.
