i do believe 1mm..
some drill out to 1.1 mm..
i prefer to use the tamiya pistons.. makes them a little smoother..
Everyone please don't forget when placing pistons on...use a .1 shim to remove all play in piston...this will make a huge difference in how the car handles.

I need help with hot weather setup, the tract is medium to high grip asphault with ground temp of 45C+ and air temp of 35C at night, the tire I have is sorex 40 with MA insert, my car can bearly turn until overheat kick in to slip the rear like crazy. any suggestion in reducing traction ?

What springs and oil are you running.

Running mod in Brisbane in summer, using HPI silver springs all round, track temp 20 to 30degC, 40wt oil, 30 to 40degC, 45wt, 40 to 50degC 50wt oil, if you are running stock drop the oil weights by 5.
I would try 36R sorex / Schumacher yellow inserts, 45wt oil.

you can try the two extremes...
change the front oil to 42 1/2 with HPI springs...
or
soften the springs all around and let the car roll way more..lazy it up a little bit.
then play with upper shock position, this will impact the car greatly.
will depend on your driving style.
