Default Easy stock motor/esc set

For a Carpet indoor ( 30 x 15 meter ) track,
we use the Tamiya 23T brushed as stock motor wit 5 cells.
The speed of this combination is excellent for this purpose.

A lot of drivers want to make the step to Brush less an lipo batteries.
We decided the we want to make both steps at once.

So I tested the Tamiya set with 12T sensorless ESC and lipo.
That was way too much power.

Now we are trying to test with the Speedpassion Inspire set With ( JR)
17.5 Turns brushless.
But the specs say 3100 KV and that is the same as the Tamiya 12T .

So we need some advice what to test.

In order to get a equal field in the stock we like to choose for an set ESC/Motor.
