Hi Jilles!
Congrats for coming second at IFMAR 1:12 race 2010!

I got an question for you

I wonder if you or any of your teammates like Wilck or Marc use a function on the controller that when you brake and turn your steering wheel, the more you turn while braking the brakes gets less depending how much you are turning the steering wheel. I hope you get what i mean.
You steer and brake the same time and the more u steer less braking.

Thanks in advance and i dont know what the function is called.

didnt jiles get 6th over all in TC? I suppose he might have expected better, but to me 6th in the world is an excellent result

Also 2nd in 1:12 , well done there too

Getting hacked out of 2 of the 3 amains when you are the fastest car on the track would have been pretty disappointing. But you're right, glass half full, gotta be happy with 2nd in 12th

No the worst is having a radio issue in the last qualifier and forfeiting the obviously vital pole position.

No worries, Jilles, Marc might have won on paper but everyone know you were the man to beat, as you mentioned.

Jilles,

Gefeliciteerd met de 2e plek bij de 1/12 en de 6e plek in de TC... Jammer van de pech in de TC finales, wel erg strak stuurwerk bij het 1/12 kerel!!!

Groetjes

Joost Kuiper (MACH)

Hey Jilles,

congrats on the 1/12 scale results and really sorry for what happened in 1/10, it was obvious that you were the fastest during quals and the Amains but you know that $hit happens when everything is just perfect. dont worry, for me, you are on the podium

cheers

Ali

Hello racers,

I just came back from the Worlds.
An excellent result again for Tamiya but for me I have really mixed feelings. As some already said it started friday night in the last qualifier with radio trouble. There were so many spectators with all kind of equipment which can interfer with 2.4GHz. Saterday for the mains I had to go back to 40MHz which has a little different feeling. Marc was be able to get away clean in a-main 1 and 2 and therefor he deserved it. Nevertheless I was the only one who could challenge him for the win and this is a 1 time chance in two years. I want to thank you all so much for supporting me! I will post my set-up of the worlds soon!

Jilles
