Hello everyone, again don't forget that sj-r inserts are vety good inserts, they are good for 5 or 6 sets of tires. So if you don't mind gluing your tires once in a while, save some money and glue a new set of SJ-R'S for around $26.00, that's the best price on most any tire on the market. Just cut the inserts out and reuse them.

Thanks Billy

Ya, as BOR said it's best to call or email Billy. Billy is not very computer savvy, he usually has to have one one of his daughters show him how to post EVERYTIME!!! LOL-J/K...

I did find 3 from you and I did answer 2 of the 3 questions. I of your questions I answered both PM, so I did answer all 3 question.

In one of your PM's you said you did not get any traction out of the tires, what surface, what temps?

Thanks Billy

I just wanted to thank Nexus racing for getting my order out so fast, I order some sjr tires last week and used them yesterday for the first time and they did work very well. I have been using the rp and have been happy over the last few years but I think I will be changing even for the few dollars more, there worth it. The black wheels are sick. my local hobby shop doesn’t carry them yet and I hope they do. Nexus carries the full line of compounds and colors of wheels so I will be calling again until my local shop has them.

shout out to Melvin at NEXUS RACING for recomending the black SJR's (28's)... simply amazing. The performance and look well out weigh the cost.

Just as you sd YLLIB,

I took a chance on these yesterday for opening race season at NEXUS and I must say that I was impressed. I left camber just as it was with my regular Sorex and the tires performed flawlessly!!!

Thanks Again

I saw the prices on their website and did the math yesterday.... I might have to try glueing them myself. Will save a good bit.

do they recomend thick or thin CA glue ?

I would have to agree. It is MUCH cheaper to build the tires yourself versus buying them pre-mounted from the site. Unless the $40 price tag includes shipping.
