Has anyone tired the Xenon 28 rubber tires?

I tired these for the first time today and found them to be a bit too soft for carpet racing. The get very tacky after apply Jack the Gripper creating far too much steering. It made my car feel very unpredictable and hard to drive.

Granted I'm using a Jaco Blue setup and I can probably make it better by adjusting several things but overall these tires as far to soft for carpet racing.

Along with that they wear extremely fast. After 2 - 5min practice runs and 1 race the mold mark was completely gone. Jaco's you can run for probably 45-60 min before the mold line can no longer be seen.

I think the 32 version would be better carpet choice and hope this consideration will be made for future races.

Mr. Bill:

Any thoughts yet on the schedule for the rounds? Any chance of the "pan" classes running first in the rounds and the TC's running second in the rounds?

Thanks.
