I was wondering if a balance issue will show on a tweak board? Still chasing this ghost a little. On a more upbeat note I took 2nd in Expert 13.5 this past weekend.

Also how do you go about getting a little more rear traction out of this car? Thanks.

I've never tried the greens so I'm not sure how those are affecting your traction, I run rp30 or rp36's depending on the temps and track. Also using the 2mm chassis will alow for more flex and more grip. Where are you lacking grip, entry mid or exit?

Try taking out 2 of the rear bulkhead mounting screws, the forward ones- it lets the rear have more torsional flex.Orings between the top plate and standoffs also give more flex.Seems to plant the whole chassis more-- but be carefull and try not to hit things too hard when ya do this.

I have tried that with 2 and 4 of the screws, tried removing 2 screws completely and I really didn't notice much if any difference.

Ok please post your complete setup as it is right now. I could'nt find a previous post with your complete setup and you've tried alot of changes so lets see you setup as it sits now. Everything front and back that would be on a setup sheet and other things like which traction addititive your using, my car is strapped and I run on an unprepped p-lot so we have to get you up to speed. One last thing, I have no way of knowing your skill level so do you feel that your rolling on and off the throttle? If your fast on the throttle in low traction conditions you'll struggle to find good traction at corner exit.

Chris

Thumbs up

Front Rear Chassis 2.5
caster 3 Top deck wide
camber 1.5 1.5 Rear hubs aluminum
Toe 0 3 per side No standoffs
springs white yellow
0il 35 35
pistons 2 open 3 open
diff med-tight med-loose

Inner camber mount location rear hubs w/ 1mm shim under mount
1mm shim under front camber links
rear arms shimmed center, upper front hole and middle rear for rear anti squat
middle front hole and upper rear for front anti dive
jaco greens all the way around
outer hole for front steering on knuckle

That should be about everything lmk if you need to know anything else, I feel I roll on and off throttle well w/ a slight tendency to jump the gun on throttle sometimes (usually when I feel I am falling back). I took 2nd out of seven at our first race this year (dang rain) in our expert stock 13.5 class.
Thanks Phil
