It wasn't so bad; I was still a few laps ahead of most of those guys. Sadly, I was also a couple laps off the pace! haha
The last time I actually raced a full race day was back at the NORRCA Carpet Nationals last March, so I didn't come here with any high hopes for success. I spent the majority of the past 8 months either race directing, helping other people out or working on the website in the times I'd normally be racing. Well, and watching football, I must admit... haha
So being only about three quarters of a second a lap off the leaders is pretty good for me right now!

I heard that the second round of qualifying will start at 3:00pm is that true or was there delays? Also does anyone know how Alex Lopez is doing?

Mi2=Just to throw a little more fun into the discussion. All those pix of the new Schu car are not the newest one. Andrew Cartwright is the only one running it at Cleveland. McMahon, I THINK is running an earlier prototype... there are some slight differences. Cartwright is getting the hang of it and so far so good.
So now everyone can relax and say, "nevermind".
also, it's taken about 9 hours to run 1 round. Things are moving very slowly. Hopefully will pick up.

So, now that is cleared up....... Thanks silver.
Silver, do you know the differences? I am curious what they are.
(lol, and I am not being sarcastic)

Thanks Smalls and also on the topic of the MI2. Ive talked to some of the Schumacher guys and your right. Andrew is the only one with the production MI2. McMahon has one of the production models Im just not sure if hes using it or not. Maybe if Adrians on any time soon he can tell us the scoop. So if anyone can get some pictures of Andrews car I'm sure some of us would love to see it. But great job to all the guys keeping us updated on the race.

I'll have the rest of the top tens after my run, which is up in just a few minutes. I think NashRCRacer has photos of the complete results going up on his site shortly. I'll update the R/C Tech pages with the results a bit later on.
We are in between Round 1 and Round 2 right now. Small break for computer resets and such.
