I too don't care much whether or not they fly with roar, I've got a couple of t bar cars collecting dust, If I can't run them soon I'll just buy an 12r5.1 and be done with it. Cmon Gavin, let em loose.

If it's anything like a UL listing it probly won't happen like that however I don't care bout a sticker. I've been running in a sportsman 1/12 class that allows nimh cells but it's dying fast as everyone else is running 13.5 brushless with 1 cell lipo. Just want to run my CEFX cars or buy me something new, hopefully they'll be released by the end of the year. Cmon Gavin , Breakem loose

I doubt that they will get an answer by the end of the year. There are only 4 working days left and I would bet that ROAR isn't really working that hard between the holidays. And IF they get approved, it will likely take a week or two for them to hit any stores. 1/12 scale season is going to be over in about 6-8 weeks around here.

Hi All, thanks for all the responses...and the PMs.

I have really tried to work with ROAR on these packs and approvals but Murphy's Law always seems to set in...LOL. ROAR's main point of contact for lipo approvals is on vacation until January 1st. But he is going to try and get the packs tested and paper work done by January 3rd. So for that, I say thanks to him...I can't ask for much more when someone is on vacation. I see no reason at this point on why the packs would not be approved.

For the folks in EMEA; ROAR approval does not come into play but the packs will be submitted for BRCA approval.

Having said that, the packs will be available this coming week...I don't what to give the exact day due to transit times and customs clearance. BUT they will be made available.
