Hey Borut (I almost typed Borat...HAHA), I know it looks shady. But again, a lot can happen that could have caused it. I am just saying that when you are getting your money back, just make sure you are covered and your words are strong in their accusations. I am more concerned about you guys getting your money back than the alleged scammer you guys speak of.

All I am saying is just becareful and Godspeed.

Hi!

"Hey Borut (I almost typed Borat...HAHA)"

Some good humour always welcome.Especially in this situation.

It is more like "Borut discovering Staffordshire council " now!

Good one,anyway

John is now no longer allowed to bring his shop to the up and coming charity event and not at our club until he get's everything sorted and some sort of good reputation back.

I'm racing at stafford on thursday; apparently he is going to be there, let's see if he lives up to his promise of shutting me up .

Reading from this, it appears the shop owner may have taken on more than he can deal with, orders wise, and doesn't know how to get out of it. I know you guys who have money outstanding, are pissed off, but if you go down the legal avenue, you will never get your money back. Open up some line of dialogue, give him a chance to pay back or supply goods, I know this isn't good though.

Those who have paid by PayPal, go to them and get a refund, if you paid on your Credit Card, file a complaint, get your money back.

My missing order goes right back to July '08 and to this day in have never received either a refund or the goods. Fortunatly it was only a set of Sorex tyres.

There were no replies to any emails I sent or messages left on the phone. Finally I raised a dispute with PayPal and after a good amount of time all I got was a sorry message from them saying something like, due to a lack of funds in the Fitzpatrick Models account there was nothing they could do. End of...

As I say I am only £25 out of pocket.

The payments was throe paypal ( credit card ) .
That was mine and i think and for the rest of them is the same.
From what i have figure out if the banks or paypal dosnt give our money back there is not a change to take it back.
Hope i am wrong and he does refund .
