I wish to thank again all the people out there trying to help!

As my racing car is LOSI jrx-type R there are not many li-po hard case bateries available to fit in that car;


Trak power 4900 is one of them, and after searching the net about this bateries, they supose to be good quality bateries.

So, i just ordered two pieces from www.jespares.com

Now we will se how responsive this shop is.(When i checked if they really have bateries on stock, i received really fast answer from them:nod:)

I could pm you Borut but I think everyone needs to know this.

I called Trakpower just before Easter and left a message on their answerphone. I emailed them 5 minutes later. I emailed them again this weekend. I've just now called them and left another message for them to call me back.

I'm not going to be able to help you with Trakpower items, as it seems they're far too busy to answer the phone or emails, which has gotten me really annoyed, as I've been trying to get things from them now for over 18 months.

Just another in the list of companies who make good products, but have no idea about communication.

Yeah, met Mac at the Wycombe track last year, but I lost it. They seriously do not get back in touch at all, and if that's how they're going to act, then sod 'em, I don't want to know. If me and you acted like that to our customers, we'd soon run out of customers.

SLD and Rapid R/C are two also reliable shops it's a shame it you guys have had such a bad experience. Please don't be put off buying from the UK because of this guy.

I have ordered bateries on monday morning,YESTERDAY AFTERNOON i got them:nod::nod::nod:

So, not only the delivery time was really fast(i payed 5-10 days delivery and got the shipment in 3.5!!), also the bateries are really 25C as they promised!

So, the next time i will found something interesting at www.jespares.com i will not hesitate to order!!

For you,Memix : i dont understand how my friend and me got the most of our money back from paypal and you got nothing?

Maybe you could write to them how come one gets money back from same fake internet shop (read fitzpatrickmodels) and other gets nothing?
