Default RC BATTERYS

HI THERE I GOT GIVEN AND HAVE BOUGHT A NEW BATTERY FOR MY TAMIYA TL01. I JUST WANTED TO KNOW ANT RULES WITH BATTERIES LIKE WORKING OUT TIMES FOR CHARGING OBVIOSULY DEPENDING ON THE POWER OF THE BATTERY? ASLO EXPECTED RUNNING TIMES OF LIKE A BATTERY COMPARED TO A 4000 BATTERY?

First - PLEASE STOP SHOUTING.

Second - you should be using a peak charger which will cut out automatically. Typically a battery will charge at a 1C rate, so for a 4000mAh battery that is a 4A rate, 2000mAh battery/2A rate etc. Your charger manual should have some suggested settings.

Runtimes vary greatly depending on the motor and the track conditions.

FIRST OF ALL I NEVER REALISED I COULD SHOUT BY TYPING ON A COMPUTER, IF YOU MEAN THE CAPS THEN, there you go.
