LRP,Nosram and zippy flightmax lipos do have the bumps at the underside of the lipo.

Do v1 and v2 shocks have different threaded shock caps?

Does anyone else make chassis for photon other then CEFX?
I thought aftermarket companies like exotek or others might be all over photon by now...

I know EJ and Anotonio(from South Africa, I don't know his last name) are there. They were racing both the photon and rebel last weekend, so I'm going to assume for the same at the birds.

Is there any way to install a velcro lipo battery strap without the option aluminum parts? I don't have the car yet so I am not 100% how it works.

I saw this picture and it made me think a strap could just be screwed in from the bottom and a bolt from the top. Or is the that screw going into the aluminum part?

I was going to buy that lipo mount but then I saw you need to buy 2 and that is a bit more money then I want to spend. Unless someone has some for sale... That and a lipo chassis I am looking for.

Just pickup a new lipo spec kit if u are looking to upgrade. That alum mount looks nice though.

That doesn't look like the TOP velcro strap I have. Mine has a loop on one end that the steel bar slides into. The one in the above picture looks like it was screwed into the aluminum mount. I think if you had a strap like that, you could put a countersunk screw through the chassis from the bottom and through a hole in the strap with a washer and a nut on top. You would need 2 straps. one fuzzy, one hooks. one attached in the front and the other in the rear and then overlap them
