I also have this conversion coming in a few days thanks to Mr.Josh Cyrul


Got a little bored last night so I’m playing around with some donor parts from a Yokomo , almost perfect fit just had to make new swaybar mounts let see how competitive this old kit can be .

Nice CEFX Evo.

I still have mine, was originally a T.O.P Photon conversion, but when I sold the Photon the guy that bought it wasn't interested in the conversion so I swapped it back out to the original Photon and kept the CEFX Evo. I was planning on building it up using a donor TRF 416 but that never eventuated. Here are a few pics of what I have left and how it was when converted. My chassis plate looks slightly different to yours though. I did get an early version and I remember Josh did a couple of updates at the time.

Just picked up a cefx and looking forward to racing 21.5. These photos are inspiring! If you ever decide to sale off let me know. Or any advice on where to find spare parts?

Wouldn't happen to remember the rear belt sz? I thought it was the same as the photon ex but those arent working.
