Just installed aluminium pulley/spur adapter... Best money Ive spent on the car yet! The holes/lugs are much smaller and fit nicely into the spur gear... No more reaming!!!

Depending on how recent the stock is your buying, the plastic version now comes with the guide pre-glued and the lugs now a near perfect fit.

Keep an eye on the pulley. Some of the guys running the aluminum adapters complained about the pulleys wearing down. The updates plastic pulleys are great no more glue needed.

It comes with a front spool and rear ball diff.

The front (46mm) alloy dogbones that come in the kit can bend pretty easily. Most people switch them for the optional steel ones. So far I have never bent a steel dogbone.

The kit screws are not great. The newer screws for the top deck are okay, but you might want to change the rest of them. The heads can strip a little too easily. I would also suggest getting a few longer screws for the suspension mounts.

Default xray driveshafts

Seen a couple of posts about xray ecs driveshafts in photons.

What are the benefits of this on the track compared to top ones?

Do you have to modify any parts to get these in the car or do they fit straight in?

Do they work well outdoors?

How many of you to owners would be interested in an aluminum version of the front piece of the steering bellcrank? I've had a couple of requests for this, just wondering if there is enough interest to justify making some up. Post here, pm me, or email to [email protected]

I couldn't find a cheap way to make this part, and would really like some for the indoor season...
