The cars basically share nothing.

Diffs won't fit, the Photon bulkheads are narrower. Steering knuckle might fit but you may have to change the stub axle. The longer UJ bones are the same as the Scythe but the shorter ones are not. Bearings are standard sizes.

Hopefully Scythe parts support should be around for a little while. I know that Much-More UK still have pretty much everything available. And even if they don't, quite a few parts are shared with HotBodies or Yokomo.

The TOP Scythe springs probably fit the Photon shocks. They are wound a few mm shorter.

Cheers mate !

I will try some shorter springs and report back...

kschu
I mail you tonight back. Sorry for the late reaction.

I changed my drive shafts and diff.
Now there is no play any more on my drive train.
The car was now not slowing down in the corners.
I used a setup that gives you a lot of steer in to the corner and a club member had a lot of steer in the corner.
We drove with each others cars and his car was also rolling even faster true the corners. He only lost a lot of time in the chicane an 180 corners and because the next layout will be even more technical, he changed to my setup.
Our cars were fast on the track.
The Photon was flying and my fastest lap time was the fastest of the day and my personal record.
I wished that I changed earlier my drive shafts. On old tires I was faster than I was in the race with new tires.
We were nr 1 and 2 yesterday with our Photon.
My time 13,75sec
Club member Photon 14.0
Club member mi3 14,2

The mi3 driver was fighting against grip roll.
I let him drive with my car. No grip roll at all.
