Hey Patrick, we are shooting for late May but probably early June. I'll keep everyone posted as we get closer.

Congratulations to EJ Evans and Kevin Jelich for their wins at the Reedy 2009 Warm Up race at Speedworld Raceway yesterday, driving the new TOP Racing Photon.

EJ tq'd in the third round and dominated the 13.5 class, setting and re-setting the track record

Kevin drove a car he had never run to 4th qualifier in Modified, and took the lead early in the race, cruising to the finish unchallenged
Thanks for working on our cars OD OD got some OJT working on Kevin's car. I asked Josh to send his car so Kevin could run it at the warm up race. After we took off the foam springs and switched from a front diff to a spool the car ran really well.

My car started off okay, but still had my Carpet Nats setup. After the second round I went a little softer oil/spring rate coupled with a few other changes and the car was excellent.

For those that are interested, here are the results (Scroll to the bottom for the A's)

I hope everyone is going to enjoy racing this car as much as I do...

that bell crank has 4 sizes.
What happens as you use the wider or the narrower one?
Doe you get more steer or what?

What is the advantage to have the option to make the bell crank loger or shorter?

EJ or Josh can one you tell me what it does?

The pics were cool to see. In looking at the steering knuckle it looks a lot like HPI/Hotbodies. I hope it's not an HPI part because I had terrible luck with those disintegrating during a "normal" board tap.

I'm looking forward to this car!

The Photon uses all top designed parts and manufactured by top.
From the prototype parts I've seen on the track they have been very durable. Josh posted earlier about his hit at Mimi's where he sheared a
3mm hinge pin and the arm didn't even have damage.
