Talking Tires: Foam vs Rubber on tarmac -mildly bumpy track

Hello chaps...

what would be better foam or rubber....$ aside.

ok that a silly question... let refine it a bit...

Just based on performance.. with the new gen BL
motors

outdoor.. usually 28-33 deg cell.. mildly bumpy...

Medium size track . mixed between speed and tight turns..

So lets hear it ?....

Generally speaking foam offers more potential on any decent surface.
