Default Shock rebound

Hi All

Does anyone know where i can find a video on the web of how to do shock rebound for 1/10th touring cars? i need to set my shocks up with 50% rebound.

What type of shock's? Some are easy to explain

The shocks are Schumacher Mi2Ec ones a bit like the Tamiya TRF ones
