I can hear Jamie and Scotty furiously emailing and texting each other back and forth in an effort to provide you all with swift decisive answers to these questions.

You would hope that the new Novak motors could make their debut. Then Scuba would have to come support Team Orange.

Exclamation Tamiya legal bodies!

I just read the rules for body type and it said any 190mm body for touring cars. So, does that mean I can finally run a Tamiya body? Scotty.... anybody jamie..... Boomer..... anybody, Ill make sure not to put any Tamiya stickers on the body because I'm running in the Amateur class!

Hi guys,

First Please don't worry about the motors. The new Trinity motors are Ok to run
as well as the new Novak Ballistic series of motors also.

For the Trinity motor, I think I listed the wrong part number, but the new line of motors are Legal.

As for the Novak Ballistic motors, I have sent a new update to get posted on the web, so you should see them listed soon. But they also are ok to use.

Sorry for not having that listed properly.

Max yes you can run Tamiya bodies. Enjoy and have fun.

Thanks
Scotty

Hey Charlie,
Yes, I'm looking forward to Vegas and seeing some old friends and running Tamiya bodies, who knows maybe Scotty will start a RCGT class next year and we'll see a lot of different bodies besides the same ole same ole. Should be an awesome race this year.
See ya!

I am in the process of cutting my touring car body and was wondering what cut lines to use on the LTC-R? Also does cutting out the vent holes on the wing make a difference? Is the body hieght 130mm while sitting on 20 mm blocks? Do the spec tires need to be bought at the event or can I bring new in package tires with me?

Quick answers from an other racer. There is no height restriction only that the wing must not be taller than the roof. They used a level to check last year. The vent hole is the wing is personal preference. The Spec tires must be purchased at the event. As I remember they are at a discounted price from retail.

See you there.

You get one set of tires with registration. Any more tires needed for quals and mains need to be purchased there.
