Thunder Power has one in the works. Hopefully it will be done in 30-45 days.

I do believe that this is what the future holds but with only one product on the market as of today, that I am aware of, I don't think jumping in with both feet would be a great idea. One foot yes but not two just yet.

However, this is Scotty's race and what he says goes.

Single cell is the way it should be and there are provisional rules in place and agreed upon. We are ready to release the battery as soon as there is a race to use them.

However I am sure there will be a lot of resistance to single cell...too slow.

Hi everyone,

Lots of Lipo talk which is great to see. I have not finalzed all the classes and rules yet but I will post it in a couple of weeks.

Entries will go live on Sunday May 3rd at 8pm Eastern time. We will again be using our online registration that you can pay with CC or PayPal.

Dont worry, classes, Rules, Prices, ect, ect, ect will all be up well before the entry time.

Glad that everyone is as excited as we are go get back to Vegas and no doubt this will again be the race to attend.

Thanks to all of you for your continued support of the IIC.
Scotty

Hey Scotty,

Dates are perfect to tack onto a North American trip, so we'll be prep'ing my 10R5 for a World GT class entry. Great class and less weight and luggage space

Flights and hotel getting booked this weekend, and we'll be counting down to when the entries open. Having worked out the time difference that mean another late night as we're not missing out

I've heard from a few other UK racers who are thinking of an entry. Might be an invasion

Cheers

single cell lipo might be as fast as they are now.......so long as min weight is lowered.

i had some very good conversations with a few people at nats.............we can only wait and see.

There was only one class last year and it was 17.5 rubber sedan. I would assume it would stay the same again this year, but you never know.

There was only a single amateur class last year. I would assume it will be the same this year. Which if you didn't happen to know it was a touring car class.
