I have a Tunigy charger and I can set the current charge between .05A-5.0A . What should the current be set at.

1C would be 6.5A so 5A from your charger will be fine.

Yes. It just takes longer at the lower C rate.

Too hard to say, it really depends on how far you've discharged it. Anywhere from 15 minutes to 1 hour or so. If it was fully charged and you ran a 5 minute heat in 17.5 touring car, you'll probably use about 1500 - 1800 mAh.

It had better have a partial charge (probably around 7.0 volts). A LiPo is fully charged at 8.40 volts. You shouldn't discharge a LiPo much below 6.4 volts (3.2V per cell) or you can do irreversible damage to the pack. Plug it in and charge it a 5A. The current will ramp up until the pack hits 8.40V, then the current will drop slowly until around 0.10A. Some people say it's charged as soon as it hits 8.40V, but there could still be a few hundred mAh still left to go. The last 10-15% of the capacity takes the longest, since the current is lowest at that point in the charge cycle.
