Looks like Ronald Volker is doing pretty good at the DHI cup! Martin, are you there? How are you doing. I also heard that Yokomo signed another top star to the team but I forget his name.

For what is possible to read Ronald Volker won the race! Martin is a little bit behind but for was possible to see all the drivers where in few seconds...after the online streaming is crashed so i don't know how is finished for the B C D etc finals.
There were also Naoto Matsukura and the new driver Steven Weiss while Yukijiro Umino is arrived 3rd into the ProStock.
Anyway crongratulations at all for the race

Yes congrats to Ronald. I was looking at his car form the race and I see he has the belts reversed. It looks to me that we can do it with our BD-5's with one exception the rear-front suspension are mount has a cutout for the belt only on one side. I wonder what they did to resolve that. I think it allows for the electrics to move in on the opposite side of the chassis which should be an improvement. If anyone knows whether Yokomo is coming out with a part for this let me know!

they using the new prototype chassis for lipo...it's can reverse the belt position as under the front pulley, the hole is bigger than the std chassis.

beside that chassis, BD5-E chassis can reverse belt too.....

As far as I know there is no place in US to buy one. Go with Elwyn. He is nice and gets stuff to you real quick!

i tryed to reverse the belts some weeks ago but....there wasn't the space for the front pulley anyway i hope Yokomo will produce that Lipo Chassis because for to balance the car i think is the right way to put the electronic more near to the center of the car.
The next step will be to see in future (i have a dream!!) Martin and all the other Yokomo Drivers into the A finals! They can do it!

Ciao

As everyone has said, order from Elwyn. He ships fast. It takes about 3 days to get here (east coast) from the day it is shipped. And it's not EMS shipping, but cheaper.

I cannot wait for the new lipo chassis. But by the time it comes out, carpet season will be just about finished. Hopefully they'll have a thick version for carpet and thin version for asphalt. I notice they are using a new top deck as well.

Hey Elwyn, I need to talk to you about the ORCA stuff. I haven't raced in awhile. Cannot wait til spring!
