I have a few times. First time it happened out of no where. Dunno why? Next time was a tap in the rear. Happened one or two more times after that. I suspect the plastic end hole was molded slightly too big. Therefore it is easy for the shock to come un-threaded. That, of the material is too hard. I will be switching to different ends shortly.

during this indoor season i never had a problem for that. Same for my friends using this way for to fit the lipos.
I fit the lipo with the HUDY Reinforced Tape or something like that, so i use this system for to keep the lipo more fixed into the car and i use some external weight for to balance my car.

Lipo plate? You mean chassis? If so, then no, they do not make a lipo chassis. But they do make a stick pack chassis. It has no cutouts to tape down your battery. It does have a battery strap. Just not sure how you would make the battery fit with the stick pack outer brace (unless if you just flipped it around). It is a wider chassis. So you will have more chassis scrub. I'm not even sure if a lipo will fit into the milled section. Here is the link to the kit car. You can buy the chassis separate.

Yeah, I had a lot of homework. Plus my Yok is all apart right now. Gonna re-sand the lower deck before carpet season starts up in VA (or just order a new one). But I may bring my TA05 out there one weekend. I need to order new wire for my esc so that I can redo everything. I pulled the heat sink and fan off the ORCA. Gonna make an aluminum plate to go on top. I'll catch ya sometime soon!

no it's not the lipo plate

but so far the standard 6cell plate works just fine.
you actually have the option to fill the battery slots with leadweight and thus get perfect balance without any visible leadweight in your car

same ones i use and they are great because they work perfectly with any current chassis by making use of whats already there (ie. battery slots). the side weights also look clean and help balance off the car nicely (left to right) without adding too much weight.

I used that as well when I had my 416. But the batteries I use now have numbs on the bottom. Plus it will not balance out like that on my car (just bottom plate). So I can't use it. Plus adding the side weight and bottom plate will make the car way over weight.

i heard using those plate will make d car have unbalance flex left and right....

but it's really hard to make the car 1500g without visible leadweight on the chassis....
