Is Kshobby the only supplier for North America now? it seems that no body else sells yokomo car kits online. i am worry about parts support and the time it takes to ship stuff here from asia. is it practical to run a yokomo in North America considering the very limited parts support?

i really want to get a yokomo just because i am a fan. however, none of my LHS carry yokomo stuff. i am sure it's the same for many of you guys here on this forum. how do you guys manage to get the car kit and is the lack of part support bothering your race schedule?

i have 2 unit wxi instock now...about the parts, we should dont hv much problem..

44.2m will make the entry steering alittle less but mid and exit steering will be better.

normally i run 44.2mm on carpet or high traction track...but recently, i run it in everywhere...because i like the mid n exit steering of it...corner in might be slower but it's can be compesate with adding 0.5mm under the FR Block.

Order lots of C-hubs, front arms get the wide front plastic bumper and you should be fine. Suspension blocks, pins and a top deck and bottom deck too. Front axles (get the Spec-R V2 DCJ's). I've never broken a suspension tower but I've bent bulkheads. Rear arms only because I've cross threaded the shock screws…

Good luck!
thanks. thats some great info and advice. i'll seriously consider it. i know i'll get a yokomo eventually. might not be any time soon. but it's good to get more info before jumping in.

there is no pictures etc. no wonder as the worlds are coming up in just 2 weeks. however, the prototype i saw had a new bottom and top deck, new bulkheads, possible split suspension blocks front and rear, and maybe new chubs (so now more cutting required when running double joint shafts).

but its all a prototype and not finally decided which parts etc make into the new car. performance looked pretty amazing at last ETS as yannic was in a league of his own basically. and ronald was also doing great laptimes as ever

we will just have to wait and see. it never gets announced before worlds
