sorry I havent been able to post up what i think about the Zeppin 2.25mm chassis because I paid for it january 8th and it shipped today. I really hate rc-mushroom but they are the only HK hobby shop that carries it.

Yeah, something like that happened to me once with them. So I don't order from them unless I have to and the last time that happened it wasn't so bad I think it was 1 day turnaround and shipped. But I got ems shipping though.

Which chassis are you looking for? BD-002W?

or you need a BD5WX kit?

How soon do you need it? I don't see any news about that BD5WXi on the Yokomo homepage. Where did you heard of it?

the yokomo official homepage is outdated anyway as there are only the worldspec, the WR and the WX on display. at leat on the yokomo page i am looking at.

in the meantime i think there was a WXC edition to celebrate naotos win at the japanese nationals and now there is supposed to be a WXi (i for indoor) with all the new parts included. no major update, just the essentials like DCJ, geardiff, other sway bars at the rear and the 44.2mm block upfront included together with the carpet chassis (less cutouts).

team drivers already drive them for weeks as i once again saw at the last ETS race in italy and the first ETS in germany of this season.

yes it is... but after a bit of running, the C-hub was barely touching the DCJ since it ate up most of the material.

With the DCJ you have to dremmel out a small amount from the inside of the c hub for them to fit.

Is it definitely a different chassis in the xi kit? I've heard conflicting info; that the chassis is a standard W chassis and that it is the longer less cut-out chassis.

Thanks!

to my knowledge - and i asked ronald about this - the wxi has the standard w (world spec) chassis plate. not a longer one, not the one with more cutouts from the wx.
