Thank you a lot defcone, Shopkeeper and kschu , yes I forgot to say I have the 8mm centerlink too, so I will try to use the turnbuckles of my Corally 12SL which are longer.

looking at the link, it says it comes with the high traction chassis and gear diff which already came with the WR, front light weight spool and a revised steering bellcrank.

checking on the pics, i can't quite figure out what's "revised" about the bellcrank though ... looks pretty much like a standard bellcrank minus the center brace which bolts on to the upperdeck. But that pretty much how everyone runs their bellcranks now anyway. The only other think i see is that it comes with the optional rear sway bars.

So what's new about this kit really? Seems we can already build our BD5s in this configuration today. ... actually mine is already set up this way.

Yeah definetly looks like a wr kit to me as well. Anyone notice how several bits and pieces on a particular silver car are almost identical to the bd5?

Isn't the idea that the WX comes with both chassis plates, gear diff and ball diff. So its everything you need from the W and WR kits. I think the 'revised' bellcrank just means it probably comes with the 8mm plate not the 10mm.

Oh right, I thought some retailers offered a package that included both decks, but didn't think they both came as standard with the WR kit.

Maybe peeps who bought a WR kit can clarify that.

Yes the WR comes with two chassis and Gear Diff, I think the WX comes with the additional hop up parts used by Volker such as the rear sway bars from SD, 8mm Steering Center Link, Bulkheads cap 3.5mm, sway bar mounts, bell crank bridge, and the spool outdrives steel intead of plastic from the WR, all these can be purchase separately to upgrade to WX, actually mine is already setup this way but I use some parts from Roche and Xray as they are better.
