Hey guys... If your in the LA area I just found a big race next Sunday November 9th that will be having a F1 class... They will be handing out motors... silver cans I believe... So far we have 8 cars ! I just received my new/used F201 a few days ago and I can't wait to race it... It's called the Big Fat Turkey Race... It will be in Camarillo CA, Freedom Park... I hope Steve wont get pissed but if you have any questions please e-mail him at [email protected] , he's in charge of the thing... It would be great to have F1 A and B main

Sorry guys. A url squatter got my page. The club is in hibernation for now. I took a new job, moved, and had a baby all at once and I didn't have the time for my r/c passion. I moved over to blogger but if you look we don't really have much going on right now.

The F201 was and is a great chassis to race. We had to engineer the car quite a bit to get 45 minute runs plus qualifying out of it. I miss the having the club. The site unfortunately is gone forever I'm afraid. Some a**hole insurance company has my 10 year old url.

Great to see you guys carrying the torch for r/c F1.

More than just the website. New things are going on and the new cars are top of the line. The budget racer MP3/8 was made to take on the F103's of the world but that did not work...It destroys them! Anybody looking for a spec or club racer should check it out. 3 other new F1's and a WGT. I have the V103 and could not be happier with it. I keep looking for a slot on the asphalt because it will not get off of it's line at any speed. Check it out when you can. Watch for info on the 3rd annual F1 Builders Cup, Even Mo'better than the last!

does any know who and where they sold the adapter kit to put on pan car foams wheels on the F201? oh is the stock f201 motormount limited in spur/pinion adjustment unless you get the 3Racing motor mount?

As I'm building a really strange prototype car, I'm looking for strange wheels Could someone tell me diameter of a F201 rims without bead (I mean, in the center of the rim)? And the width too? Thanks in advance

Stock motormount is limited to 55/20 or 52/23 if i remember the gears correctly.

The 3 racing one is more adjustable, RCmart used to have them.

And I don't think it is possible to get pan car foams on the F201, Touring foams yes, its a straight swap.
