Default LRP Sphere TC Spec, is it still worth getting ?

Considering the new Sxx TC Spec is due out in March, is the older Sphere TC Spec still worth getting ??

How much difference can we expect from the new SXX ??

What about the price tag, is it almost the same?

These days speedo's with udjustable timing advance like the new tekin seem to be the way to go. Its much smaller too. The new speed passion and Losi speedo's also have similar features.

Where does it say a new TC speedo is coming out in March?

And all the NOSRAM speedo's used at the Euro's are based off the Sphere tc's so that 9 out of 10!! :-)

It's coming Scotty... the SXX that was used by several at the Worlds. It won both ISTC and 1/12th (Nosram version):

SPX? SXX? SXX-TC?

Which one for 13.5? Does the SXX-TC have the programming the SPX has? I'm a little confused now...(well, always actually).

"outdated" is an extremely relitive term. Expect a much larger price tag for the newer model that will probably have a touch more features than the older one. Its all about how you would utilize these features and their value to you...

I'm personally rockin' the losi speedo... complete with PC interface and quick programming card... its like every other speedo out there, but cheaper.

Or just grab yourself a Tekin RS ESC and rest on the fact that you have a stable, current, and advanced set of electronics with PC interface capability via hotwire at a bargain price.
